How is this different from training videos or an LMS?
Videos and slide courses are watched, then forgotten — and they're expensive to remake when your rules change. Keytha generates interactive simulations from your own documents: staff make decisions, see consequences, and get corrected before it happens for real. When the SOP changes, you regenerate in minutes instead of reshooting.
Is our document secure?
Keytha does not retain the PDF you upload. Its extracted content is processed temporarily by our infrastructure and AI providers to create your training, then cleared from Keytha's processing storage when it is no longer needed. It is not used to train public AI models.
What languages are supported?
Training is generated in Bahasa Indonesia, using the professional or formal tone you choose. Source documents may be in Bahasa Indonesia, English, or a mix of both.
What file types can I upload?
PDF today. Text-based PDFs work best; scanned or image-only files need OCR before upload.
How long does generation take?
About 10 minutes per module. For long or multi-session material, use Program to have AI propose an ordered module plan before generation.
Do trainees need to install an app?
No. Trainees sign in with Google and play in the phone browser — and because everyone has their own account, you can track completion and scores per person.
How does pricing work?
Each generated module costs one credit. Editing, previewing, trainee access, and reports do not consume credits. Paid terms are prepaid for 1, 3, or 12 months, with credits reset monthly during the active term.
